Backup of profile data when updating firmware

Hello, is it possible to backup the profile data and the media database, so that when I update to firmware 2.3, I don't want to re-scan all my media again?

you can save your UserData folder under ~/Library/Application Support/BOXEE/

How would you go about doing this in the Windows version of BOXEE. I have to re-do my movie database couple of times and it's pretty difficult to do when you have a large collection of files (800 movies) your suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
