Its a bug for sure. I had this happen with my Top Gear episodes. 99% of episodes missing but NOT listed as unidentified.

The fix? I blew away the database, it started over and magically all my Top Gear episodes displayed properly. I follow the naming convention listed in the Boxee Wiki.

I've been meaning to debug with syslog but haven't found the time.

The standard TV series naming convention.

Example of a show that scraped and showed up perfectly:

    Last.Exile.S1.E01.mkv

Example of a show afflicted by the bug:

    Azumanga.Daioh.S1.E01.mkv

As you can see, there's absolutely no difference in the naming convention.

I am having the same issue. My filenames have been changed properly with Renamer but it will only pick up 10 of the 20 files I have listed for a season.

Its definitely a bug. I don't believe that when you go to a TV show from the Shows tab you should be able to click on the "Season #". Its just divider text and the cursor should jump over it no?

    I have this bug also.

Original all tv eps were showing up in the Shows section.
I cleared the DB and did a rescan now only 1 episode shows up. I have left it several days.

My second boxee in the house shows all episodes as expected.
2 boxee, same content, different results.

count me in the same boat. Mine is for transformers the animated series. I go and search for it apply it and then is asks for the apply to other items in the folder option and it does, takes some time, and then returns with the one episode. Got to be a bug. And yes I am following the correct naming scheme.

Quite frustrating - I'm glad I'm not the only one. Well, kind of glad.

I'm experiencing this bug as well with only one show. I've tried to manually identify and such. It's the whole "The Whitest Kids U'Know" series. Only 3x20 appears in the list.

I was hoping this would be resolved with the firmware update, but no dice. Still supremely annoying.
