Thread: TV Series Scrapes Successfully... and only shows one episode.

  1. #1

Default TV Series Scrapes Successfully... and only shows one episode.

So, a few of my TV series have successfully identified in Boxee - as in, none of the files for those shows show up in the "Unidentified files" section.

Which is great! Except for the fact that when I pull it up in Files > Shows, this is what it ends up looking like.

    - Episode 13

... and nothing else. This is true of several other shows, too.

Are you sure you've allowed Boxee to finish scanning your collection? Depending on the size of your collection and the type of connection Boxee has to it (network or local), it can take hours to completely finish and you'll see hiccups like this show up until it's done.

Yes - unless of course it takes numerous days to finish scanning.

PS: Even manually re-identifying and applying season data to the entire folder doesn't alleviate this problem. Still just one episode listed in shows, and none of the other episodes are listed in shows nor are they unidentified. They have disappeared into the ether.

I can't be entirely sure, but I think it has something to do with IMDB entries that have alternate titles.

I have the same issue but have not yet filled a bug report. When you only get one episode does your season marker also become a clickable object? That is what happens when I get the bug.

Yes, the season is initially able to be clicked, but if you hover over it, then select the episode you are no longer able to select the "Season" again

Have you tried the apply to other files in folder option when manually identify the other episodes? I had a simillar issue, when I selected one of the epsiodes and found the series by manually searching, It gave me an option to try to apply the same to the other simillar files in the folder.
