I have seen a few posts on this but nothing lately. I know Boxee has a bug where if you change the default sort order (ie in Movies change from alpha sort to most recent) it will not remember the change once you close out of and reopen Boxee. My question is, is there a way to edit this by either:

1) Editing the guisettings.xml file
2) Adding an advancedsettings.xml file
3) Combination of the above while also editing the BoxeeViewmodes.db file

I have tried to play around a little but just do not know this stuff well enough. Looked at a bunch of the XBMC threads but nothing led me to how to change this..

Any help would be appreciated. I know 1.0 is a few months away and it may change this but i am not sure i want to upgrade to 1.0 and since I use Boxee heavily now, its annoying and i would love to change it.
