Default Help ID the show "House"

I have all the episodes of the show "House" (or House MD). I've renamed all the files with the xxx.SxxExx.xxxxxx format to match the tvdb.com database.

The problem is that the show doesn't come up in the Shows=>Files list (All my other series do).

To compound the problem, if I choose House on the Shows list (listing all online content) it gives me two links, one to the online and the other to the local file. So based on that I think it understands what show it is, just it won't show up in the Shows=>Files list.

    any ideas?

No official word, but looks like a bug.

When you go to your files list where is it located? When you go to the file what does it show for details?

I have no issue with my House (MD) episodes. My file naming conventions are varied as well. I have the following file naming formats

    • House MD 107 Fidelity.avi
    • House.S07E01.avi
    • House MD - 6x01 - Broken.avi
    • House.MD.5x01.avi

These all worked for me no problem

It recognises the files fine (aka no "unidentified files" after scanning). I tried renaming the root directory to "House" & "House MD" with no avail.

I can access the files directly under the "file browser" as well as the "online shows" menu, just not under the "Local files" menu.

    The file structure is:
    House => Season 1 => House - S01E01 - yada yada yada

Boxee is using the file names for identification, the separation into folder is of less importance
you can see the ground rules for the naming convention here
    http://boxee.zendesk.com/entries/426...al-media-files
if you access via the file browser, the folder names are according to what's specific on the source and you cannot change them through Boxee

Iv noticed the same thing, what I did was access House via the file browser, and then to 'Favorite' it. It will now show up on your favorites list, but it looks corrupted or something because it shows no database info nor does it have a thumbnail preview.

Not a fix, but a work around.
