Most of us want this open source project to succeed. For many of us, our local content is as important - or more important - than Internet content. However, for the Boxee Box to be commercially successful, Netflix needs to be available before it goes beyond the first adopters (i.e. availability at Target Stores on the 17th.) I hope this is where these folks are working 24/7.

When the Internet content problems are resolved, they need to fix the local content problems. I don’t know if they understand exactly how many of us want to use the box. It would be helpful if there were one forum for us to communicate with Boxee and ourselves.

I am replacing a Hauppauge MediaMVP. On the Boxee Box I have been able to access my MP3 files through Samba but have had no luck using .M3U playlists that way. I have put some MP3 files and a playlist on a USB Flash drive. The playlist plays through once. Then when I try to launch it a second time the Box hangs up.

Any help would be appreciated
