I also posted this as a bug in the general help category since it is a problem in .9 and the physical box on 1.0. Maybe someone has a solution?

This is for the Boxee Box 1.0 (not the PC version):

All of my shows are scanned, identified and working great. I went in and moved some files into another folder to clean things up. Afterwards I picked to scan my source and it has completed successfully.

Currently my shows that I moved are still listed in the show list, but when I try to play them nothing happens.

I assume that when boxee scanned it did not process that my shows had moved folders and did not update its database. Probably a bug and would be great to get it into their list of bugs. Can anyone else test this out and confirm that it is a problem?
