Flash adverts kill videos

Has anyone else noticed that flash adverts on the webpage that the video is displaying on basically brings videos to a crawl? Then it seems sometimes if you maximize the video to the screen - there is a flash add in the middle of the screen?

It seems like the bb doesn't handle this as well as the PC version did for me.

For an example of what I mean, try watching scooby doo on the WB.
