    I can't reproduce your video problems -- Tron/De-rezzed is playing in glorious 1080p for me right now.

    Perhaps a factory restore would help:

    Power off, wait 10 seconds.
    Hold the power button down 6-8 seconds, then release
    Boxee will take a while to start up
    Choose from the onscreen options and follow the prompts from there

    Works, image quality is ehh...(Run from 720p) was expecting better image quality, along with not so much flickering of the sides of each picture, but it works....

    I can't get web video to work on the Boxee Box. I've tried Comedy Central, MTV, and YouTube. All have audio but no video and no way to go into full screen mode.

    OK, thank you this definitely helped. The Tron video by Daft Punk does work. would be great if the loader bar didn't have to stay up the whole time. having said that, it works!!!

    just a couple of days ago, everyone was all like "oh, it makes sense to hold back on the v1.0 and concentrate on getting the boxee box working right before they roll v1.0 out to all current users..."

    I cant help but think lots of these problems might not be there is boxee had released 1.0 to its beta testers (which is what we all are!!!) first!

    all these problems are very, very embarrassing for boxee. Imagine if this happened with a microsoft/apple/google device - factory resets on day 1 - Please.

    Default WB video: Friends

    Went and clicked on a Friends video (played through WB).

    Good news: video plays from web page embed. I'm able to move mouse cursor with d-pad control on boxee remote.

    Bad news: cannot view in fullscreen. when moving the cursor onto the expand button of the video frame, clicking the center button on the remote just pauses the video. cannot use the play/pause button on the page, only the click button will do anything.

    Although I agree with your sentiments, please lets keep this thread as objective as possible.

    More can be handled by the Boxee/D-Link support if we just give them the objective facts of what is or isn't working with your new Boxee box. Please post opinions in another thread or start a new thread. Thank you.

    I posted about this in a separate thread, but I guess I will post here as well. I am getting what I am referring to as the dark-grey screen of death. On each boot attempt, I get the loading screen, then the intro cube video thing, then an infinite grey screen. All factory reset attempts have resulted in error 0x314.

    EDIT: I am also wondering if it is possible to download the firmware images or whatever can be used with the install update from usb recovery menu item. I would like to try this while waiting for support to get back to me about the DGSOD
