Is there an 'auto-update' for the Boxee Version you are using?

I was trying to keep up to date with the latest Boxee versions... is there anything within Boxee that will tell you when a new version is available for download?

if not, when I try to go to download the latest version it tries to make me sign up again as a new user... how do I go about downloading the new version using my existing username and password?

will installing a new version blow out all my settings, apps and que?

Currently, no auto-notification through the software.

You can go directly to the download page: http://www.boxee.tv/download -- no login or sign up required (use the "skip to download" on the next page).

You should be able to install these latest version on top of an existing install. You can uninstall the current version but if you want to preserve your current settings and database of local content then do NOT select remove user profile when prompted.
