Patchstick fails on ATV 3.0.2

I just purchased an Apple TV 3.0.2. I made a patchstick using atvusb-creator-1.0b13 according to the directions. However there are a couple of issues... first, my patchstick doesn't have the same file structure as shown on the atvusb-creator page. Mine looks like the attached... There doesn't appear to be a Boxee section.. not sure if this is OK.

Second, when I insert the patchstick and install, everything seems to go OK, but then suddenly the code says something like 'looking for patchstick.sh'. Then reports 'patchstick failed' and then ends with what looks like an abort, with two indented dumps.

Can anyone give me any advice as to what might be wrong?

PS: Forgot to mention my ATV is the 160G Hard Disk model.

Purchased a Kingston DataTraveller 2GB USB 2.0 and that worked!
