Web interface w. cover art

I too am looking for this feature. Right now I have a VNC server setup on my mini that I remote into and control it this way. This doesn't work the best and has a lot of lag. I use AJAX remote (part of Remote Buddy) from my iphone which runs with itunes. I really hate itunes and would love to dump it for a pure boxee setup.

I would also really like to have this feature added back to Boxee improvments would be nice. I would be happy with a basic web interface like the one that existed in older versions of boxee. It is sad that apps like the beautiful ipad app shown in the boxee remote forum have been killed and the web interface removed. This is pretty close to a show stopper for me in the capacity that I use boxee.

Accessing movies, music and shows via a remote phone on LAN is great. But what is most useful is accessing all local content, lists, thumbs and data from your computer on the WEB. If this is done in a userfriendly web interface (e.g. on your personalized www.boxee.tv page) this would be a killer feature. It would be an online movie/music collection deeply linked to the boxee (box preferred since i own one). Managing watched movies, commenting the shows and sharing this with one followers would be a spot on "social web experience" if you like that kind of thing. I personally would love a online web representation of my collection. I would use endles of time adjusting thumbs and adding comments, lists and grading my content.

Yeah, the abilty to control the music player without having to turn the TV on would be great!
