That's so bizarre that they're not showing up for you. Just to beat this dead horse one more time:

You start Boxee, you click on APPS, then in either My Apps or App Library you see and click on RSS FEEDS icon, and when you see the MY RSS FEEDS screen you don't see any of the feeds you added?
