Netflix issue

What "reloading" problem with Netflix? Jira issue number/link?

When I use the netflix app it says my connection has slowed then it reloads, My other netflix apps like WMC never does this?

A browser will reload as well depending upon ISP speeds at the time. It has to to keep playback smooth when bandwidth speeds run low for whatever reason. This can happen even when wifi is used too.

The silverlight player in WMC may be set at only SD and may never encounter this "reloading." It could be set up differently as well.

Bottom line, reloading is a normal function of any Silverlight player.

Any particulars that you can provide??
CPU, Video card, OS
ISP speed
Wired or wifi
How often per movie does it reload.

Boxee reloads much more often than the browser Judges. Let's not say it's the same, OK? And btw, DabigEZ, Judges is very much aware that Netflix reloads all the time in Boxee, he's just being coy.

This reloading almost never happens here. My kids watch netflix ALL the time. I would guess I've seen the message 3-4 times in easily over 100 hours of use.
