Boxee has an option to automatically enqueue new series episodes, but there is no equivalement for movies. It would be useful to have it so they get there in the order they're added to the media center disk.

In the meantime, the MY Movies area has a sort option for newly added movies.

So does TV Shows; I haven't used this option in the My Movies area but it doesn't always work that great in the My TV Shows area, especially whenever Boxee decides to re-index for whatever reason
