TV Episode names

I hate to start a new thread about this, as I know this is probably the single most asked about thing...

I have 13 files for a show I've been watching - the complete first season (no extras or specials) of Justified (2010) from FX.

Episode 9 is showing up as 9, but with the name for episode 10
Episode 10 is showing up as 10, but with a name for no episode ever.
Episode 11 shows up twice, with two different names - one correct and once with the name of episode 12. However, the time it shows up correctly, it only plays from the network's website, not from my local file.
Episode 12 shows up with the name of episode 10, just like episode 9.
Episode 13 shows up with a name that has not been used for any episodes.
The first 8 were all correct, but I have 14 listings for 13 files and 13 episodes (because of 11 showing twice).

The naming for my files is consistent, except for capitalization. basically: Justified.S01E01.720p.HDTV.X264... ...mkv

I've rescanned. I've moved everything into the same folder. I've gone through the "wrong video" routine, both for each file, and "apply to all files in the folder."

The episode names that come from nowhere are what's especially weird to me. IMDB has the same names as FX.com and theTVdb.com

Any tips? Explanations?

I've got (the same?) mix-ups going on with Justified as well so that points to a problem on the Boxee database on the server side. You can report it at http://support.boxee.tv/

I noticed the same problem and looked at IMDB & thetvdb.com they have the episode information correct. When i looked at the hulu episode information the incorrect naming of the episodes matched what i was recieving inside Boxee. I am trying to find a fix to point to IMDB or thetvdb.com instead of Hulu
