I was able to install Navi-X from "fuzzthed" and was able to start a video from channel 1.I briefly returned to regular tv service and when I returned to Boxee Box/Navi-X it was no longer in favorites. I tried to reinstall from fuzzthed and now get "failure do to signature verification".
So, still scratching my head over all this strange stuff.

FuzzTheD... if you see this, please reach out to me at xironbillx@gmail.com

I'd like to try a couple of things with you if possible.
I already tried moving all of Navi-X for Boxee to a brand new repository, but still no go.

I been working on this with no luck yet folks. It's taking alot out of me to work on this so please be patient.

I am suggesting anybody who really wants Navi-X working right now without issue, use Navi-X on XBMC for the time being. This will keep you busy until we fix Navi-X on Boxee.

This one is going to take some time... how much time you ask... I don't know. Notice I said "some" time which involves an indefinite period of time... I'd like to not get asked over and over by the same people "When will it be fixed"... the answer is "When it get's fixed"... there is no need to keep harassing me folks... we are working on it... end of story. We want it fixed as bad as you do but to keep sending me e-mails and tweets is not going to bring Navi-X back any faster.

    1. Download XBMC here: http://xbmc.org/download/
    2. Download Navi-X for XBMC here: http://website.navi-x.org/downloads.html

To install Navi-X after you run the XBMC install:
Open XBMC and click on System > Addons > Install from Zip file. Select the location on your computer where you saved Navi-X and select the zip file you downloaded from the Navi-X website.

Navi-X will show up under Programs.

This is the workaround for now. Keep everyone posted when the miracle happens!

Anyone know how we could wirelessly stream XMBC/Navi-X to a media player like PS3, WDTV Live HD, or to the Boxee Box?

    Bill,

Where does the problem lie? For the lay person it is hard to understand the issue at hand. Can you provide the dumbed down version? I promise not to ask when it will be done.

The odds of FuzzTheD catching this post are probably next to nill. You might try emailing him at: admin@fuzzthed.com and/or poking around his website (leave a comment on a blog post, for example).

And/or DM him via twitter: https://twitter.com/fuzzthed/

For those that have a android phone/tablet and I believe Ipad, there is a app amoNavi-X on Google Play (for android) that works really well. I have it on my Viewsonic G Tablet running a custom ICS rom. I believe it works with Android 2.1+. Not sure about which ios is needed for the Ipad.

OOPS, I spoke to soon. I just tested it but apparently navi-x's server is down at the moment. I used it all last night when navi-x app o; the BB was not working. But believe it does work when the server is up and everything else fails.

UPDATE: OK, what might happen when you click on something you might see a banner across the top of the page that says something about the server being down and to click the back button. Do that and try again. I was able to start E. T. from justme4u2c. Just play around and have fun with it.

someone is most likely rearranging something in the repos.. IB has been working at getting navi back up for a few days now and has even tried rebuilding the navi repository entirely a few times. patience is a virtue

For anyone that wants to see if the Navi - X server is down when experiencing problems check this site: www.websitedown.info/navix.turner3d.net
Of course lt will be going and down until IB gets everything fixed. Just be patient.
