I'm not trying to stand on a soap box either... I'm just speaking to the particulars of "I don't walk in a room and crucify the first person I see"...

A good rule of thumb for anybody to follow.

The circle of death happens when media fails to load into the player. IT HAPPENS... welcome to the internet. There are numerous reasons why it would fail, including codec/playback issues, missing file on the end of a file locker, drop in connectivity, you name it.

Flash issues only occur in the Boxee browser and occur with sites using Adobe 10.3 and up... complain to Team Boxee about it, not us. I couldn't fix it if you wanted me to... it's a Boxee issue. We are hardly affected by this in Navi-X.
and ironbill *still* tries to help the guy.
    you are amazing.

Honestly, I understand where he's coming from but have a hard time appreciating the "extra bs" in having to help. I understand people don't always know there is a support structure in place or where to go, but I would expect a little more courtesy than personal attacks right out of the gate. I still have a tough time tolerating/understanding it and probably always will... hence why I'm not a Boxee moderator.

    Hey Bill,
I noticed that Icefilms has moved to newer sources; VidHog, UploadOrb, 180uploads and I was wondering if Navi is planning to support those with processors?
Cheers and keep up the good work.

Anyone else having severe problems with "Watchseries"?

    What I'm refereing to is:
TV and Movies (MM)>TV SERIES>Watch TV Shows (the top choice in the list)

Lots of trouble loading the alphabetical lists (sometimes works, but mostly not, instead giving either the message "Watchseries may be offline" in red letters or the popup "Error - Can't open file). When I do get in most links are not loading properly.

    No problems with other stuff.

Vim, please read up on Boseman's content here. I also encourage ANYONE who uses Boseman's content to read this. It will explain why there are breakages in his processors when he puts them out. As you all know he makes them so fast, it's a complicated endeavor to navigate sometimes so please read this now. Thanks.

Blueman, Turner is not responding about it which leads me to believe he's too busy to do that right now. Rapidshare links should still work but I'm pretty sure they are stripping their servers bare nowadays. Check up on http://navix.turner3d.net/forums for more details.

I just wanted to inform everyone about the Navi-X Wiki I have been working on for new and advanced users alike... if you have alot of questions about Navi-X and what it is, how to use it or policy questions, it's all there in a searchable index for you to browse and find answers to most of your questions regarding Navi-X. I am still working on it periodically to keep it up to date, fix inaccuracies and changes with the latest versions of Navi-X, Boxee and XBMC so if someone finds something that doesn't give you completely accurate instructions to the questions listed, please feel free to let me know so I can correct it.

Also, if you see any questions that are not in the list that should be there, let me know and I will add the question with a detailed answer. This should save us from having to type full explanations for everyone over and over again and make support better for our app as well. Thanks!

For various technical reasons, the new versions won't be available until after the official switchover, but be prepared - you won't be able to log through Navi-X until after you've performed the update.
As a result of this, it may be necessary for people to perform 1 or more of the following actions in order for Navi-X to work again on your Boxee Box, in the event that Navi-X should stop working for you. Technically, it shouldn't stop working at all for Boxee users, but I think we've all been down that road.

    1. Reset All Settings from your Boxee factory restore menu.
    2. Restore your Boxee Box to factory settings and update the firmware again.

Here are articles on how to do this should you need to. For "Resetting All Settings", you would go into your factory restore settings menu by hold down the power button for 7 seconds from a powered-down state, then letting go of the button.

Also, the Navi-X Remix login setup I am told is being fixed so I will test this when available as soon as possible.

    Thanks for your understand folks!
