Thanks to everyone who voted for my Boxee Box Tip!! I just got an e-mail saying I won the contest and a brand new Boxee Box!!!

Now I will finally have a working remote with my Boxee Box and that makes whole lot more than just my weekend!! Thanks again everyone for helping me win the contest!!!

Good for you iRonBiLL, I know it was my brown nosing vote that put you over the top. Be careful of all this notoriety the FCC or is it FTC (these acronyms are confusing) may be at your door next.

Just last week, I submitted the entire list of issues considered bugs to Bartsidee for analysis. Once he has had the opportunity to go through and make adjustments, I will test out the highlighted issues we brought up until we resolve all issues... then I will test more using a compilated testing list for media playback to make sure everything is good.

Once I get the final version and have tested it and it appears to be stable and ready for deployment, the small pool of beta testers will be selected and will give technically relevant feedback... then probably a week later, we will release what I will dub for now as "Navi-X Remix".

Details when we get close will be made apparent in this thread. Thanks.

Casted a vote for you yesterday Ironbill on the boxeetips website. You deserve to win.

New boxee user on the PC. First thing I did was add the Navi-X repository. Tried it, and it blew me away. LOADS of content in there!!! There's just not enough time to go through them!

I can't wait to get the actual boxee box (bought one on ebay). What is this "Live TV" app (under new content) that is only available on the bbox? Live TV around the world?

My only wish is a better UI that is less messy. But I hear something's in the works...Anyway if you could only download one app for boxee, get this one. WOW.

Edit: I just spent some time looking through this topic and found a sneak peak of the new UI: http://forums.boxee.tv/showthread.php?t=18376&page=109 Can't wait for this new version!!!
