How to manually add dvd isos to TV Show

using the latest beta with the "Unidentified files" option. I'm trying to add the unidentified stuff to movies and TV Shows.

A particular problem that I have is regarding TV Series from DVD isos. There several episodes are on the same iso file.

I.e. I have moved my dvd Friends series to iso files like:
FRIENDS_S01_D1A.ISO

27 dvd doublesided...

When I try to match that "FRIENDS_S01_D1A.ISO" to Friends tv show:
I type "Friends" in the search field, select "Friends (1994) TV" from the list.
I get the screen where I can select season and episode, but I'm not sure what to type here, since the iso has the first 4(or is it 3) episodes.
I just type season 1 and episode 1.
I select "Try to apply season details to all files in folder"
and press Done.
Now "FRIENDS_S01_D1A.ISO" is STILL listed in the Unidentified files list.
But it now has the picture of the series attached to it.

If I try to match the "FRIENDS_S01_D1A.ISO" file again, the same happens. Picture attached to the file, still exist in the Unidentified files list, and not showing up in the TV Shows section.

If I try to match the "FRIENDS_S01_D1A.ISO" again but this time WITHOUT the "Try to apply season details to all files in folder" option, then the file is added to the Friends TV Show and it appears in the TV Show section. But obviously the other 53 dvd isos are not included.

I'm not sure what to do to resolve this. Any ideas?

By the way; where can I see the progress? any % indication somewhere?

Unless you have to have the dvd menus and extras I would use handbrake and make individual episode files.

I fought with Dexter season 1-3, in the end boxee just handles individual episodes better.
