What info is collected for boxee accounts?

What information is sent to Boxee and what information is stored with your online Boxee account? Is any of the information identifiable or is it anonymous aggregation of usage stats?

For example is any information about your local library sent and stored? Movie lists? Viewing habbits? App usage? etc.

I didn't see mention of this elsewhere, if I overlooked a posted policy kindly direct me to it.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, that's exactly what I was looking for.

I did have a question about the third paragraph of the third bullet.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. Boxee cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Boxee or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable.

My concern is with the wording of "private parties". I obviously have no problems with law enforcement or government officials but "private parties" is quite vague to me and I'm not sure under what circumstances that would be justifiable.

Can someone give me some scenarios and examples?
