long time no writeI am trying the new beta and I have go the message as per title of the thread while watching a youtube video. What should I do with that? What does it mean "inside" boxee?

You should move the mouse, hit ok or something to bring up the on-screen menu and navigate to the [HD] image on the far right to get HD version of the video from youtube

It means you can toggle the HD version of the video using the on-screen playback controls.

There is no HD option anywhere. If I hit any button or move the mouse I get the standard OSD with share, info and settings on top, and the navigation at the bottom.

Try to do it near the start of the video whenever possible. It can be a little finicky but it should work.
EDIT: Harrumph. I can't get it to work either just now... which version of Boxee do you have installed? It should show up on the far right, lower on-screen menu thingy
