Audio output setting not saved

Hi there,

This is such a great app guys thanks so much.

One little issue I'm having is that the settings for Audio output are not being saved. The default is obviously the Built-in output but I use a USB sound card on my mac mini. I change the output to the USB sound card and all is good until I go back to Boxee after quitting and the settings have reverted to Built-in output without any action by me.

Just something to flag up for the next release maybe?

I was having the same problem.

This is a known bug.

Try this.

Go to audio hardware settings.

Make your selection on the audio output settings.

DO NOT GO BACK TO BOXEE FROM THE SETTINGS SCREEN
AFTER YOU MAKE THE SELECTION CLOSE BOXEE.

next time you go back to boxee your settings should be saved.

That tip doesn't seem to work for me, maybe because its a USB adapter.

But not to worry at all, this is such a great app everything will be worth the little wait.

i use an external DAC connected to the imac, this does not work for me either. No problem we can wait to solve it.
