[Release] nsyght for boxee - watch videos posted to twitter by your friends

Ever wanted to watch videos posted by your friends who are not on Boxee? Enter nsyght. Nsyght is a new social aggregator and search app that allows you to keep tabs on your friends from all the services you use, all in one place.

Our boxee app then taps into all the videos your friends post to Twitter, Facebook, Stumbleupon, Vimeo, and Delicious, and then funnels them to Boxee! Pretty nifty huh? Here is what it looks like:

Login: (you can still watch videos when not logged in & if you want to create a new account our web app supports twitter oauth and Facebook Connect)

Getting started:
- Have a comfy sofa and preferably somewhere to put your feet
- Create an account @ www.nsyght.com (but you don't have to if you want to test drive first)
- No need for custom repos, our app is available via Boxee directly

Great app! However I should probably warn you before you invest a whole lot of time in this that the next beta release is probably going to add support for importing videos from twitter and facebook directly to your Boxee feed.

I like how your app has the ability to sort/show based on popularity and filter on groups though. Something that Boxee currently doesn't do.

Yeah we are aware the direction Boxee is heading, but as our service fetches videos from more than just Twitter and Facebook we think there will be room for both.

Also, our index currently has over 2M searchable videos, so that along with trending stuff I'd like to think we've got something interesting here. For us, it's not just about creating yet another real time feed of information, but giving folks the ability to do interesting things with it...

In any case, we are just glad to be here.
