Jerky navigation after Karmic update

After an update (by update manager) of my Karmic installation, navigating Boxee items has become "jerky" and scrolling kind of "stutters". Unfortunately so many packages were updated that I can't really pinpoint the culprit. Has any one else experienced this problem?

No here.
But I haven't installed the last xserver and linux-image updates.
Beyond that all is working fine on my Karmic x64
