hulu issue on mac!, works fine on ATV.

installed the updated version of boxee on imac which hopefully must have over-written the old version,but hulu wont show up on imac.
it displays <play> and <read more> but no MOVIES and TV SHOWS.

All other features of boxee work great on imac. I like Boxee on iMac. This is my first experience of boxee on imac after playing with boxee on atv for almost a month now!.
searched the forums, to find changing sources.xml (but it was not clear to me-newbie).
am i missing something?

it looks like the source file was not updated properly ,you will need to delete your profile and run boxee again.

location of your profile is :

~/Library/Application Support/BOXEE/UseraData/Profiles/<username>

Hi Marcel,
deleted the profile in finder. re-installed boxee.dmg pkg.
but no new profile is created. went into boxee to find that all my settings have gone.
what am i doing wrong?

nevermind,it works now!.
got a clue looking at

basically, had to do 2 things:
- renamed my profiles <username> to something else.,deleted my sources.xml file(which is really not needed if you renamed your <username> profile.
- edited my profile.xml file and removed my user info (ithink 3 things, name,directory,user),saved it.
then ran boxee again,to find my user name disappeared. Then added new user.
- that created my new profile and a new sources.xml file
- and everything is working fine!.
