Default Fresh install of Boxee crashing on startup

Help! Boxee is crashing on startup. I've removed all traces of the previous versions, but haven't been able to get it to run since 9.20.x. I downloaded the newest version today 9.2.0.10708, but it still crashes. I tried setting up the debug log, but think I did it wrong because the only output to boxee.log is:

13:56:05 T:2686518528 M:1658560512 WARNING: Settings file does not exist, defaults assumed, path = special://masterprofile/profiles.xml
13:56:05 T:2686518528 M:1658437632 WARNING: Settings file does not exist, defaults assumed, path = special://masterprofile/profiles.xml

    Anybody know what's wrong?

    Thanks!

I'll try repairing disk permissions, but I did delete the user data folder.

Still crashing after completely removing, repairing disk permissions and installing again.

consider posting a bug report on jira.boxee.tv

    -- create advancedsettings.xml file
    -- attempt to open boxee
--create jira report ticket, attach boxee.log
-- give detailed description of problem (including your method of reinstall and repair disk permissions)
-- post link here so people with similar problems can vote in support.

See the icons in my signature fore details.

Nothing in the crashreporter logs, even after installing xcode and turning it up to developer level logging. I will submit a bug as soon as I have the chance.

    Thanks,

I have tried this (including the second link you posted on how to fix the xml file if it wasn't working) and it's still not working. I do not get any white text on the screen, boxee closes immediately and the only data in the boxee.log file is what I listed in my first post. Any other ideas?

    Thanks,
    Tim
