Boxee not on ATV menu but Software Menu is....

I followed all the instructions and after rebooting my ATV i was only able to get a 'software menu' where none of the menu items work and I never was able to get to see a 'Boxee menu to install it. So I re-created the USB drive from scratch and removed the software (uninstall via ssh) set my ATV back to factory settings and re-installed the USB drive. I have the same problem as before (just software menu) and now I can't SSH connect to the ATV box for the following error. Help?

One time I deleted the host file but then found another way. I got that error message with Terminal but when I logged in with Cyberduck and allowed the key it then worked fine the next time I used Terminal.

There is a thread somewhere on how to removed the host key. It has done this to me every time I restore it.

open terminal

navigate to /users/yourusername/.ssh

rm known_hosts

You should then be back in business
