Boxee has been working well for me until recently. I am using a ZFS file store and yesterday boxee hung while indexing the store. Now boxee is crashing right after I open it. Is there a way I can remove the old index to start fresh?

Try renaming the UserData folder and try again.
marcel thank you that got me back in. I am going to try and reindex tonight, I'll let you know the results.
Boxee reindexed overnight. I was able to get into Boxee with no issue but when I clicked on TV Shows to look at my content Boxee crashed and now I am in the same boat. Any advice on how to find what is crashing Boxee? thx
Exact same problem here. As soon as I go into TV Shows, it crashes (although I'm having the problem on Windows, not Linux).
I have been allowing boxee to index one directory at a time and I think I found my problem. When I try to index my music that is when boxee crashes. My music folder must have a corrupt file in it. Are there any utilities I can use to help pinpoint and fix any corrupt files?
I've been having the same problem with Boxee segfaulting when indexing my MP3 collection.
