Apple TV Internal disk error

Hi!

For Christmas I received an Apple TV and last week I installed BOXEE/XBMC. It was working great but then my Apple TV stopped and the front led began to flash from orange to white.

After several attemps, started again. I ran diagnostics and I got the following error message: "There is a problem with your apple tv's internal disk..."

I applied a factory restore several times, but the message keeps appearing.

Since its under warranty and I can get a replacement, I would like to know if with just a factory restore, all the Boxee/XBMC installation completely dissappears or if I had to do additional steps.

I don't want to receive any excuses from the Apple service center because I modified the ATV.

If you can get through a factory restore, you'll be fine. All patchstick modifications are software only, and will be wiped clean with a restore.
