Leaving boxee running for the night to find it later in a weird state

I keep encountering this:

After watching a movie and retiring for the night, I return the next day to find the program in an unstable state:

After quitting the screen saver, I find:
1. The background of the file list is black
2. I cannot navigate out of the file list

Finally, I had to go out of full screen mode and quit the software.

The dev's have closed a ticket, saying this was fixed in r102xx... I assume you're running the latest version of boxee, r10408?

If so, consider posting a new error report or posting a comment on the previous thread

Open boxee in debug mode, wait for it to crash over night, and include your boxee.log in the jira ticket.

Second this - have had the issue since early boxee beta versions as well as latest r408. Basically have to restart mac mini every night when I get home.

Thought it was related to hard drive spinning down, or other OSX power saving settings, so I disabled these to the dismay of the electric bill.

To no avail unfortunately.
