can't download latest beta 10408 from website!

this has to do more with the boxee website so I apologize if this belongs to another forum. I am trying to get my hand on the 10408 beta but the download window just stuck at the beginning. Have anyone else able to download the file? mind posting it on rapidshare or hotfile?

I just logged into my Boxee.tv account, went to downloads and it's downloading at 1mb as second.
