I put my rss feed where it says in the post but now on the main screen the feed is blank.

Let me move your post to that thread so you can get better help (hopefully) in using the info that's in that post.

For what it's worth, I put
rss://www.boxee.tv/rssapi/userfeeds?sort=date
on line #1106 and it works like a charm to replace the Featured column with my feeds. Not sure precisely what you did but I'm pretty sure that if you DID follow the instructions properly, you would have seen the desired outcome...

I followed the directions and put my hulu rss feed in but now the main screen feed is blank.
Perhaps it doesn't work with Hulu feeds then?

Can anyone give me any suggestions?
I have created the rss in Yahoo pipes and then taken the yahoo rss feed and put it in Boxee but I get the same results. If I place boxeedb or history code it works find and everything is useable but I cannot make any of my own rss feeds to work.
I got hulu feeds to work with Boxee RSS app some weeks ago.
It was not a custom made feed, though, that should work too. Hmmm...
What's the feed addy you are putting in? Lets have a look see....

Maybe I am just not following instructions.....
If I use rss://www.boxee.tv/rssapi/userfeeds?sort=name then I can see the rss feeds I have in boxee but I cannot click on them.
The two rss feeds I have tried in place of rss://www.boxee.tv/rssapi/userfeeds?sort=name on line #1106
1:
http://www.hulu.com/feed/queue/the_smiths2008
and I also replaced the "http" with feed and rss but no difference. I also tried it with or with out a / at the end and /?limit=0
2:
feed://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.run?_id=1b8aa5ba5ceaa3fbcd59a6e2c97a3f9c&_ren der=rss
Again I tried to replace "feed" with http and rss but no difference.

thanks
As I said before, it may be that the the Home Screen stuff only understands other Boxee feeds and/or that the Hulu/Yahoo Pipes are not compatible with the Home Screen.
In your first one or two posts, you never mentioned using a non-Boxee feed or I probably would have mentioned this possible caveat up front.
