Transfering Files

Is there any simple way of transfering files to AppleTv without useing iTunes. I need to transfer some .vob files and iTunes doenst recognize them. Any other solution?

By installing Boxee you have SSH access to your appleTV, so you can just SCP your files to your aTV, either via command line or by your preferred application.
