Twitter not working?

Just curious, but since the beta released, I haven't been able to get boxee to tweet what I'm watching. I have it set up under my services on the website, and have it checked to share what I watch/listen to. I've tried using the "share" option in boxee itself as well but to no avail.

Anyone able to get this working yet?

I assume you are using the latest beta build?

I Beta does not track what you watch like Alpha did (thank GOD!). It tracks only what you Luv and what you add custom Text to.

Now, I've not tried the twitter option, so I cannot speak as to whether or not it's working at all. I'd hate to spam my friends...

Well, I kinda want it to work like the Alpha

Majority of my friends all hang out at the same house, and we get asked constantly what's going on over here. So Having boxee twitter the movies we're watching will reduce those questions a good bit

haha.

Not quite sure how to get it working on the newest beta build though. Still trying to get it to recognize any of my anime, and half of my movies

You can either use the "heart" button when you've selected something, click/OK/however you bring up the OSD menu while you're watching something , or after you have watched something. You'll get a little pop-up and can selected "loved" or "custom text".

Works like a charm.

Oh and be sure to login to boxee.tv, then go to account / services -- you may need to turn it off and then on again to get it to sync up with Boxee correctly.
