Default Can't remove item from queue

After adding two local files to queue, I move then from hard drive. Now then are shown in queue with no option to play, but when I try to remove then from queue I get the following message:

ERROR: Failed removing item from queue...

As I understand, queue is located online so reinstalling wouldn't help. Is there any other way to remove queue items?

Huh, this is a new problem that I've seen...

I did a search on jira, and there's a similar problem reported here:
    http://jira.boxee.tv/browse/BOXEE-3619

It doesn't quite sound like what you described, but you might want to consider posting your boxee.log to provide additional information (see my sig for more info).

May be the same. I forgot to mention that the items were the same episode.

But problem existed when there was only one. Other item is the result of my trying to fix it by adding it again

    Edit: Found this in logs

    Code:
    03:15:03 T:4372 M:869109760   ERROR: CGUIDialogBoxeeMediaAction::FillDialogButtons - In HomeWindow, click on QueueItem and [canQueue=1] for item [label=House M.D.][path=feed://lazamil_queue_tvs_][boxeeId=] (bma)

That was an issue with the older Beta Builds, as I have three that are still stuck there my self from 5 weeks agao.

I tested the public beta and local epesodes added do allow removal. Marecel seems to think any episodes that are stuck is an older build issue and he has to manually remove them for us.

    What build are u using?

    Same issue here,
I used previous beta and now I have two items in the queue that can't be removed.
No new items can be added (at least not from youtube).
    Any help would be appreciated

I saw this problem this evening, but with the Getting Started video. I had deleted it from one machine running the recently released Boxee beta, but it still appeared on the other (even after restarting Boxee a few times). I tried to remove the item and the message appeared.

A complete reboot and the queued item is now gone, but the Feed list is now blank.

I've also noticed I've been having some odd messages come up as I finish watching shows. Perhaps a sync problem with the servers and the new version being released for public consumption?

I'm the moderator that marcel is talking about in that jira issue. Please promote it or leave your feedback. Maybe it will cause them to do a query on their database and purge some of the older queued items that are giving people problems.

One thing you can also try to do if you are having queue conflicts is to force Boxee to re-download your queue from the server. Do this by removing the "cache" directory of your Boxee userdata profile.

    That's located in:
    ~/BOXEE/userdata/profiles/<user>/cache

I was using the old beta when the problem appeared, so it looks like we are having the same issue

This does appear to be fixed in the latest beta (0.9.20.10356), all the "stuck" shows I had are now removed. The general public should get this version of the beta fairly soon.
