    Default Recommend a video card

I have a Dell Optiplex GX280 with, XP, 2GB of RAM, an open PCI Express x 16 2.0 slot and $50 laying around.
I will be using the computer with boxee for my media center with my 42" LCD.
What $50 video cards do you guys recommend?
I'm curious to see what all of your opinions are.
    Thanks!
    Josh

I've been debating upgrading my old PC or buying a compact HTPC...

It seems that the best value for the dollar, and a popular choice here on the forums, is the GeForce 9400 GT. If you clan splurge an extra 10 bucks, it offers 1GB memory, and Full DirectX 10 and OpenGL 2.1 support.

I just bought th 9400gt yesterday and it plays 1080P perfectly. I'm still trying to get it to do much with the new gpu accelerated flash 10.1 though.

the geforce 210 is a great card for a htpc http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...=BFGE210512D2E
Has flash 10.1 support and is cheap & Has HDMI.

looks like bestbuy has it for $50 as well if your more of a "pick it up" kinda person. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/PNY+-+NV...0210&cp=1&lp=1

    Thanks for the input.
I ended up getting a Zotac geForce 210 from newegg.
I'll let you all know how it works out, when I get it in a few days.
