Just wondering, what speeds do most of you have and do you find it to be able to keep up with streaming HD?

I have cable at 7.5 mbps. Very few sites stream at true HD file size anyway. If you have a 1.5-3 mbps connection, you should be ok with larger file streaming.
Hulu HD, Youtube HD, Vimeo HD, all push HD content at much lesser file sizes than true HD. I"ve had no issues viewing them on my machine.

20/2 cable here. Bring on the HD streaming. Got an Acer Revo that has been begging me to install the Beta. I'm just waiting for my invite.
I jealous, the best we have in KC is 15/2 and it costs an arm and a leg. Right now I have 6/1 and think I will jump to 10/1 for only $5 more.
I’m on 50Mb cable here in the UK, but still have quite a lot of streaming issues. It’s slowness elsewhere along the distribution line that causes headaches.
Apple trailers for example are too slow to stream at all in Boxee, but download as files through Safari fairly fast for viewing offline.
No problems with wired devices... I also have a Linksys Wireless Router B/G/draft N... Cant turn on draft N because one of my neighbors is being "bad".. Im about to walk over there to get them to change the channel to 1 or 11 instead of Auto... Wireless G is pretty decent for HD... I will get a hiccup everyonce in while but nothing too bad...
wow 50Mbps down and you have streaming issues... Are you sharing that bandwidth with a whole apartment building or something... Im sure that accessing content in the states may cause a little latency (high ping times)... but you should be flawless with that speed... Maybe you have a bottle neck somewhere in your home network... You would think that apple movie trailers would have a mirriored server in europe... If you don't mind how much is that connection a month?poprock

15/2 here, from 2 to 4 computer sharing it at any time, no problems whatsoever with hulu hd and youtube hd (even though what judgeschambers said applies).

I am Ruse here !
Newbie for this forum !
I have wire less internet connection !
And I have 0.5mbps speed on my connection !!
Still I am happy with this !
And I really enjoy with my connection .
Currently at 6/1 but it supposed to be increased to 12/2 when my ISP finishes rolling out the DOCSIS 3.0 spec in my area. No problems streaming content, but when I stream large files it sometimes does screw up the quality of my VOIP phone service.

Check your download speed and it will tell you if you're getting better speeds than the rest of us......
