They advertised this as "Never miss a game!" yet due to blackouts I was only able to catch about 20% of Laker games, and almost always only when they were playing small market teams. I live in Seattle so this shouldn't have been an issue of local broadcasting rights. Other issues with the product where completely ignored emails to support and no phone number I could find, an issue where if you started to watch a game currently in progress if the game ended (let's say you were an hour behind real time) the flash stream would reset and push you to a live feed. So you could be in the second quarter and BAM! All of a sudden you hear and see "So the Lakers prevail in an exciting overtime finish...". Finally, for those of you who understand bit rates, the "HD" feed only has about 60% more than the SD feed, which in itself is well below the broadcast standard. So their idea of an HD feed is more pixels (and that is not true 720P) but less data. Bad idea for and feed but especially bad for sports.
I'm a die hard NBA fan but this product is complete junk. Now the broadcast league pass, that is a great supplement to cable/dish, but that's a totally different product.
