A little help... please
I installed Boxee on my ATV. Couple of questions.
1. When I choose shut down it just hangs. The ATV doesn't shut off, boxee doesn't shut down. I have to unplug the ATV to get it to work again. What do I need to do here, or what can be the problem.
2. What does "Suspend" do?
3. I can get to my Videos on my network, but they still haven't updated with cover art. I Also notice that when you go into Video from the main screen, it shows cover art there for some movies, but not all the ones that I have on my server.
4. Where's Hulu?
Thanks.

hi wyzard
welcome to boxee ..
1.regrading the shutdown it can take a while to exit, try to remove the shares prior to exiting boxee.
2.Suspend currently does not work.
3.indexing works in the background and can take some time depending on the amount of content you have. Try leaving boxee parked for a while maybe overnight and see if it has indexed your content..
4. Regarding Hulu ..make sure you are using the latest version (3964) and latest launcher(0.4) if so and still no Hulu then follow this thread it should do the trick..http://forum.boxee.tv/showthread.php?t=1035

The hang on exit may be related to Boxee scanning your media sources to index movies. Once the indexing is done everything should be fine.
Boxee will index movies based on the film name and display the cover art.
Make sure movies are named TITLE.(YEAR).EXTENSION. TITLE should contain _ for spaces.

Thanks.
How do you get rid of the extension so only the movie title shows?

Boxee automatically scans your media sources and adds media it recognizes to it's internal DB. This indexed library is displayed when you select VIDEOS | MOVIES or VIDEOS | TV SHOWS from the menu.
When browsing the library, Boxee shows very friendly titles (not at all like browsing files and folders).
It sounds like you're manually browsing the files and folders on your media sources.
As Boxee indexes content (based on the file name) it will be displayed in the library. If Boxee isn't indexing content either give it some more time to build the library or you have to rename the file to a format that Boxee can better itentify the content.
For movies, name the file TITLE.(YEAR).EXTENSION
For TV shows, name the file TITLE.S##E##.EXTENSION
Title can contain _ for spaces.
