Help on Install

I have tried 2 different USB drives, different makers etc...my install seems to stall out about midway through and sometimes I get this error.

Creating USB Flash Disk...
umount_disk settling delay (10 seconds)
partition the target disk
umount_disk settling delay (10 seconds)
install recovery onto target disk
Unable to mount image: hdiutil: attach failed - Resource busy
install_recovery failed
Failed! (0:01:12)

I have checked that its formatted for OS X Extended and ready to go. Any suggestions? I am running snow leopard, could this be the issue?

Please try again after a fresh reboot of OSX ...sometimes for unknown reasons a mount point gets stuck.
