Viewing family photos

I have an Apple TV and only use it to watch family photos that I synch from my MacBook. I really like it. My main complaint is that the ATV only allows one level of nested photos to view. For example, let's say that I have photos stored on my computer in nested folders: Apple TV Photos/Vacation/Canada/2007/Quebec. Only the Photos folder will be available to see on the ATV. My question: if I install Boxee on the ATV, can I see and select all of the nested folders (e.g., Quebec) on the ATV?
