OK so I've managed to get rtorrent set up to get my favorite shows when I miss them (buggy), and I've figured out that the only was to delete those shows after I watch them is through SFTP (weird). What I can't figure out is how to get Boxee to clean up the data mess left behind. It still thinks those shows are there, until you try and play them of course! How do you clean out the cruft?
