Boxee doesn't full screen by Default

When I load boxee it does not full screen by default, when I go into my settings it is listed at my proper resolution and "full screen" - how ever if I run the "video calibration" it then sets boxee to run in full screen. Any ideas what causes this and how I can fix it? For now its an easy work around but it would be nice to solve

So I upgraded to Jaunty and get the same thing, I didn't before.
