    Default Mac Mini cabling

What at the options for connecting your Mac Mini to the TV?
    What cables are required/possible?

I use the following to connect to a standard (old) TV:

If you have something fancier, you will need a different cable.

Depending on the inputs on your Tv, but you should be able to connect it to just about anything with the right adapter. Apple has adapters for VGA, HDMI, S-Video.

The mini also has optical audio out, you just need the right adapter, which incidentally Apple does not sell. But you can find them easily enough on amazon.com by searching for "TOSLink adapter".

The optical audio connector is the same as the analog outlet.
