Netflix crosshatching?

I think that the netflix app has come a long way lately. I have noticed that I see something along the lines of a very slight crosshatching effect. It is noticeable, but not huge. I am not talking about pixelation, rather something unique to Boxee. I tested the same video footage using my browser and then boxee: present in boxee, but not in web browsers. Anyone else notice this?

Yes I was watching Matrix Revolutions. There were some scenes more than others where the crosshatching was very evident.
