On installation of Boxee pick up aspect-ratio from the operating-system

When installing Boxee as an application on a desktop computer please automatically pick up the aspect-ratio (16:9/16:10 widescreen, or normal 4:3) from the operating-system, that way the user do not have to go into to the settings to configure it them themselves.

For example if the operating-system uses a resolution of 1280x720, 1280x768, 1360x768, 1680x1050, or 1920x1080 then assume that the screen is of widescreen aspect-ratio and set it to 16:9 in Boxee.

However if the operating-system is using a resolution such as 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, or 1280x1024 then assume that the screen is not of widescreen aspect-ratio and as such set it to 4:3 in Boxee.

You could of course also just intstead use an algorithm to calculate if the display resolution is widescreen or not.
