Note this is off topic here but it may be related.

Your weather app is presently not displaying the radar/map feature on the main screen (see below). But if you select the area where that should be the full screen shows up fine.

Same setup and machine as above post.

Can you try uninstalling TWC and Comics.com, then restart boxee, and reinstall them both for me? I'm curious to see what's going on as I just can't seem to duplicate this.

I'm almost dumbfounded as the two (in theory) are completely separate apps.

Ok uninstalled both apps.... quit boxee... restarted boxee.... then only installed comics yet still the same with redirected to weather prefs screen.... wierd

K, so new version 0.1.1 available. Remove 0.1 and make sure that the com.unboxeed.comicscom directory in your ~/boxee/userdata/apps is gone completely to make sure that nothing will conflict. For whatever reason boxee likes to let stuff hang around when you uninstall an app.

Should solve the surprise weather settings display problem at the least. I accidentally packaged the settings.xml file from the weather app with the comics app. The comic app references the id# of 14001 as view.xml, but because the weather app references 14001 as settings.xml there appears to be a conflict of interest. I removed settings.xml entirely from the 0.1.1 package as there really aren't any settings currently for this app. I plan to add settings stuff in the next release along with the share/simillar options for each comic.

Your boxee.log helped to clear this up. Thanks again and let me know if this fixes it.

OK no more redirect to weather settings.... Yet the screenshot still holds for main screen only 24 out of 155 showing artwork, the rest have the spinning wheel

Is the Settings for comics.com app supposed to be greyed out?

Also when first getting into comics.com app the remote or keyboard arrow keys have no effect. Only mouse click... I will try on Atv tonight but me got no mouse on it.

Yep, supposed to be grayed out. No settings for this right now. It's just there as a placeholder for a coming release.

I'll take a look. I might have overlooked directionality (onright/onleft/etc) for something and it's tweaking out.

So even if you exit/re-enter the comics main screen you only see roughly 25 images? There's a ton of them so boxee just might be struggling to load them all. Anyone else seeing this?

In any case I'll probably have a new version out today before you get home to test with.

Feel free to grab 0.1.2 now. Should fix any navigation issues with for remotes.

OK navigation (remote and arrow keys) working in so far as moving around the comics, but not able to go up to the menu bar (All,Comics,Editorials,Faves) with them. Still the only way is the mouse click.

In reference to the initial loading of the app.... how long should it take? And more importantly once the initial load is done is there a local folder where these images are saved? or does it have to reload them each time?

I have let boxee do its thing loading images.... and still only 24 of the 155.
