Need Help With mk-atv-xbmc-ssh.bat File Not Downloading???

I just did an update on my ATV and it obviously wiped boxee. So today i decided to reinstall it but it seems I am having a problem. If some one can help me with this problem I would appreciate it.

1. I downloaded the atv-win-1.0.b11 zip file.
2. extracted all the files ATV\atv-win-1.0.b11\atv-win-1.0.b11
3. Doubled clicked to run mk-atv-xbmc-ssh.bat
4. the cmd runs for 10 seconds and closes the screen.
5. (The Problem) Nothing downloads I don't see USB Image Tool.exe anywhere

Troubleshooting steps done so far.

I tried other versions of atv-win - nothing.
I re downloaded the file - nothing
I turned off all programs that might stop it from downloading - nothing
I turned off my firewall - Nothing

First, you shouldn't 'double-click' a batch file, since you won't see where it failed if it did. You should open a command shell (Start->Run->cmd), change directories to where you unzipped ATV-win (I recommend unzipping to c:\ATV-win), and then run the bat file. Follow these steps:

1. download http://atvusb-creator.googlecode.com...in-1.0.b11.zip & unzip to c:\ATV-win

2. download mk-atv-xbmc-ssh(2-4).bat from thread http://code.google.com/p/atvusb-crea.../detail?id=333. Copy this file to c:\ATV-win\atv-win-1.0.b11

3. Change directories to c:\ATV-win\atv-win-1.0.b11 ("cd \ATV-win\atv-win-1.0.b11") and run the batch file ( type "mk-atv-xbmc-ssh(2-4).bat"). This step will take ~15 minutes or so. Once it succeeds:

4. run USB Image Tool, ("Run as administrator" if in Vista, and you should now see it in C:\ATV-win\atv-win-1.0.b11)

5. select in usb image tool device mod, NOT volume mode !!! very important

6. make usb stick & put in appletv (already updated to 2.4)

7. Pull the power cord and reboot. Once the patchstick completes, pull the USB drive and reboot again. Now in AppleTV, get launcher 3.1 and the latest version of Boxee in Downloads.

8. Enjoy!

Your mk-atv-xbmc-ssh(2-4).bat file worked perfectly. I'm now downloading. Thank you for your help. I'll let you know when I'm done with the total install.
