I've looked around the forum to find an answer to my problem with no luck.

Issue:
I cannot watch the MLB TV app on Boxee (latest win 7 version) b/c it's completely pixelated and jumpy. There is no clear video at all under any quality settings. Audio is tyipcally smooth, but it too hits spots where it will skip and repeat a few seconds of audio about a dozen times and then continue.

This happens with live and archived games.

What is NOT the problem:
Subscription, connection speed, video card, memory, or anything hardware related. Why? B/c I pulled up MLB TV directly from mlb.com and watched games in HD full screen without issue.

What have I tried:

• unfavorite and refavorite the mlb app to get it to download again
• uninstalled and reinstalled boxee
• restarted my PC

Nothing worked. Any thoughts?

Why it could still be a hardware issue: because Boxee is a huge resource hog. Running Boxee desktop AND video playback is NOT the same as just using the browser for video playback.

Please post your hardware specs, minimally the CPU and graphics card/chip specs.
